Our Mission  Mission Statement

TTI will provide quality mental health services to adults, adolescents and children with psychiatric and/or developmental disabilities as well as those individuals who have a co-occurring disorder. We will promote empowerment and independence of these adults and children through advocacy, education, and a comprehensive multi-disciplinary, supportive partnership involving their community, themselves and TTI.

Philosophy

TTI embraces a philosophy of care that promotes dignity, empowerment, independence, and belonging. We believe that each life is unique. We believe in the enrichment that diversity brings. We believe that each person has the right of choice and that no person should stand alone in exercising that choice. We believe that involvement of a caring family increases the likelihood of personal success. We believe in the right to privacy. We believe that compassion, creativity, flexibility, and energy are necessary traits in mental health workers. We believe that education is the key to understanding. We believe that a person in crisis deserves immediate, compassionate support 24 hours a day, every day of the year. We believe that successful service depends upon mutual trust and respect. We honor the faith entrusted to us as members of a person-centered team. We are committed to the highest standard of comprehensive community based care for the persons we serve. We believe in the holistic integrated treatment of individuals with co-occurring psychiatric and substance abuse disorders. We believe in recovery philosophy and that all consumers deserve the best quality of life possible. All services and supports provided by TTI staff reflect our belief in the recovery philosophy and consumer choice. Services are provided by culturally competent and ethnically sensitive staff.
